Rooted in Respect. Guided by Relationships. Built for Impact.
At All Star Mining, Indigenous engagement is not a metric—it’s a mindset. We believe that Indigenous knowledge, leadership, and worldviews strengthen our company and elevate the work we do. Our approach is grounded in respect, built on trust, and focused on long-term, meaningful partnerships.
Relationships Over Requirements
We don’t engage with Indigenous communities to meet quotas—we engage because we believe in partnership. We are proud that 18% of our workforce identifies as Indigenous, and of those, 67% hold leadership roles. This reflects our deep commitment to not only hiring Indigenous talent, but empowering and advancing Indigenous leadership within our operations.
We are also actively building meaningful partnerships with Indigenous Nations and communities before seeking work in the regions where they live. We believe respectful engagement must come first—ensuring our presence creates shared value, not just economic activity.
Our focus is on:
Building careers, not just offering jobs
Supporting training and skills development at every opportunity
Creating culturally respectful, safe work environments
Listening, learning, and adapting based on community input
Forming long-term, transparent partnerships rooted in trust
